The product comes partially disassembled, but the assembly is really easy and affordable for anyone. The tool seems solid and durable, but of such size that it is not bulky. The first negative impression was given to me by the rather small mat; in reality, I then realized that its shape helps keep my legs in the correct position during the exercises. Although decidedly skeptical about the effectiveness of this tool, I then had to change my mind: the handle is safe and the structure does not waver even under my gentle three-digit weight. By performing the recommended exercises, the entire abdominal muscles are put into motion in a harmonious way. Thanks to the way the device is structured, the impression is that of always performing the exercises correctly, without overloading one part at the expense of another. I think it can be a good help to strengthen the abs. Obviously, if good will and perseverance are lacking, the desired results will not be achieved, but this is not attributable to a tool that, after all, I would like to recommend.

It's super cool because it has a very good protein storage compartment or pills.
